ABOUT ME
Welcome, I’m Jamilah - a certified Sound Facilitator and Meditation Teacher based in Zurich, passionate about bringing peace and deep relaxation to busy minds. With over six years of meditation experience and a deep dive into the world of sound healing since 2021, I specialise in 1:1 session sound therapy and group soundbaths that guide you gently inward—offering a safe space to let go, reconnect, and heal from within.
My work blends ancient meditative practices with the therapeutic power of sound. Using meditation, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, and other percussion instruments, I create immersive healing journeys designed to:
Detoxify the body and calm the nervous system
Move stagnant energy and emotional blockages
Restore balance and support deep rest (the parasympathetic “rest and digest” state)
Each session is an invitation to return to your natural state of inner peace and wholeness.
I believe in presence, authentic connection, and inner transformation. My mission is to hold a nurturing space for others to slow down, tune in, and awaken their own healing potential—because true wellbeing begins from within

My Methods
Yoga Nidra Meditation
Prepares the body for deep healing by bringing you into into deep relaxation while keeping the mind gently aware. Each meditation helps regulate the nervous system and supports emotional release. It’s a powerful tool for accessing the subconscious and creating lasting inner shifts.
Tibetan Singing Bowls
Crafted from a blend of 9 metals, Tibetan singing bowls produce rich, harmonic tones that resonate deeply within the body and mind. These ancient instruments have been used for centuries in eastern culture for meditation, healing, and spiritual rituals. Their sound vibrations promote relaxation, balance the chakras, and help release emotional and physical tension.
Crystal Bowls
Made from frosted quartz crystal, these bowls produce clear, resonant tones that deeply relax the body and calm the mind. Each bowl is tuned to a specific frequency, supporting energetic alignment and chakra balancing.
Yin Yoga
A slow-paced practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments and fascia. By holding postures for extended periods, this practice encourages deep relaxation and releases long-held tension. It is a meditative approach to yoga that invites a balance of stillness and mindfulness, allowing you to reconnect with your body and cultivate inner peace.
